During the event, you will be led through a pelvic health clinical case where you will have the chance to develop your clinical reasoning skills  and discover how Pelvic Health PTs treat patients. At the conclusion of your experience, you will receive a form documenting your acquisition of 1.5 observations hours with a Licensed Pelvic Health Physical Therapist. This form can be attached to your PTCAS and/or specific school application for credit. 

Specific Details: 
This particular event will feature a live patient model! Together, we will go through an entire Initial Evaluation. Emphasis will be placed on learning the parts of a Pelvic Health Initial Evaluation (Patient Interview, Patient Education, External Exam, Internal Exam, Diagnosis, Prognosis, and Plan of Care), and watching as each part of the evaluation process is performed with the patient model. A Q&A will follow to answer all student questions. 

You must be able to attend the event live in the zoom room in order to receive Observation Hour Credits. There will not be a replay of this event available.
