A Little About Core 4 Healing and Wellness....
Here at Core 4 Healing and Wellness, we do things a little differently.
- 90 minute 1:1 treatment sessions in your home or ours (or online!)
- A music venue and community workshop space in our backyard
- A live-in hub for students looking to spend a week learning about Pelvic Health and how to start their own practices
....like I said, we're different.
Here at Core 4, our greatest heartbeat is to increase access to Pelvic Health education and care to everyone in our global community. We believe that the message of hope and healing that is available via pelvic health care is an empowering force that changes lives and can enhance the very fabric of our world!
We believe that knowledge is power and that community, music, and connection are essential nutrients for overall wellness. We want to be the house on the corner that everyone can call home - whether you are an artist, student, patient, or musician!
We believe that faulty narratives surrounding poop, pee, and sex do not need to take up pages in your story. We believe that pain and dysfunction no longer need to hold you back from living your best life. Hope and healing are possible!
